Asiago Caesar
All hail Caesar! Our Asiago Caesar is one great salad dressing. This is a Caesar-lover’s Caesar, expertly crafted with only premium ingredients. We take a very special and very flavorful balsamic vinegar, and introduce it to some of the richest, most robust Asiago cheese ever to come out of Wisconsin. You’ll find that our Asiago Caesar Salad Dressing is so delicious, it makes lettuce and other salad stuff optional. 
Pesto Caesar Salad
8 cups salad greens 4 pesto-seasoned chicken breasts, fully cooked 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 1 cup croutons BRIANNAS Asiago Caesar Dressing Tear salad greens into bite-sized pieces. Slice pesto-seasoned chicken approximately 1/4-inch thick. Mix all ingredients using only 1/2-cup Parmesan cheese. Apply BRIANNAS Asiago Caesar Dressing to taste. Top each salad serving with a pinch of the remaining Parmesan and serve with delight.
