Del Sol Food Company, Inc. celebrated 8 years without a lost time accident, Friday, May 7th, at their plant in Brenham, Texas. Employees were treated to a cookout with hamburgers and all the fixin’s. Special safety bags with emergency equipment such as flash lights, jumper cables, etc. were given to employees. In addition, each employee received a bonus and the afternoon off.

Jerry Brown, President commented, “I am extremely proud of our entire Del Sol Food Company Team and our new 8 year safety record. Our celebration banner states “Above and Beyond.” This expresses how I feel about our efforts to maintain a safe work environment better than anything else I could say.”

To further commemorate this momentous occasion Del Sol Food is flying an 8 Year Safety flag below their 28th Anniversary flag at the company’s front entrance.
