Pesto Caesar Salad

8 cups salad greens

4 pesto-seasoned chicken breasts, fully cooked

3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 cup croutons

BRIANNAS Asiago Caesar Dressing


Tear salad greens into bite-sized pieces. Slice pesto-seasoned chicken approximately ¼-inch thick. Mix all ingredients using only 1/2-cup Parmesan cheese. Apply BRIANNAS Asiago Caesar Dressing to taste. Top each salad serving with a pinch of the remaining Parmesan and serve with delight.
